Two members of the Tor core team, Jacob Appelbaum and Roger Dingledine, gave a presentation at the Chaos Communication Congress in Berlin. The presentation is about how governments tried to block Tor and censor and monitor the internet traffic of their citizens. The video is a bit longer than the videos you normally find at MoG, but definitely worth watching.
